The Natroma shop will be closed between 25th November - 9th December while I attend the Birmingham Christmas in Cathedral Square Market.
Website orders can still be placed while I'm away, but with delayed shipping.

If you place an order while Natroma is closed, you're guaranteed that the item will be reserved for you. As the website sells out, it will prevent your from adding items to the basket. So if you'd like a particular item, please order early. I'll do everything I can to ship Courier and Priority orders so they arrive before Christmas.
Orders using free Standard shipping placed after 20th November should be for non-urgent items.

Natroma is taking an Autumn break at the beginning of October and will be closed between Friday 4th - Wednesday 16th October 2024.
We're open as normal this week and will continue dispatching website orders until Thursday 3rd October (the cut off for last orders is midnight on 2nd October).
On Thursday 3rd October the Natroma shop will be open between 11am - 3.30pm, to allow for last minute purchases.
After this, there will be delayed dispatch on all website orders. You'll still be able to look at items on the website and place an order, but parcels will not be shipped until after 16th October. Delayed orders will be processed in the date order they arrived.
Our shop will re-open on Thursday 17th October at 11am. Our Christmas ranges for this year will be available to order from mid October.
The Natroma shop hours are changing to 11am - 3.30pm Thursday to Saturday.
Natroma will be closed for a Spring Break between 15th - 24th April 2024.
Our shop will be open between 11.30am - 3pm tomorrow and Saturday. Website orders placed by Friday will be dispatched as normal. After this, the website will continue to accept orders but they'll have a delayed dispatch.
Natroma will be closed between Friday 2nd - Tuesday 13th February 2024.
Website orders placed by midday on Thursday 1st February will be processed as normal.
Orders placed after this date will be delayed until after we return. Click & Collect will be suspended while we're away.

As of today (16th December) we are up to date on orders. Orders placed by midnight on Sunday 17th December will be posted out on Monday 18th December, in the hope that Priority parcels arrive before Christmas. After this we will continue to post out orders until Friday 22nd December but cannot guarantee when parcels will arrive.
We'll be closed for a Christmas and New Year Break between Sunday 24th December - Friday 5th January 2024.
Orders received after 22nd December will be placed on hold over Christmas and New Year. We'll begin processing orders again from 6th January onwards.

Natroma is taking a late Summer holiday at the end of September - we'll be closed between 21st September - 5th October 2023.
We're open as normal this week and will continue dispatching website orders until we close on Wednesday 20th September.
Next week our shop will be open on Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th September between 10.30am - 4pm, to allow for last minute purchases.

We're making a few changes to the Natroma website which should improve our customer experience! There have been lots of changes behind the scenes which should mean that the pages load much quicker so it's easier to view products.
We're pleased to announce a reduction in our Royal Mail postage costs from April 2023!
Royal Mail have changed some of their weight bands for parcel deliveries, so we're pleased to pass on our savings to customers.
Standard shipping reduces to £3.50 and Priority to £4.50.
