Natroma is attending Christmas in Cathedral Square 2024

Natroma will soon be closed while I attend the fantastic Christmas in Cathedral Square Market in Birmingham.

I'll be there between 25th November - 8th December 2024.

The shop will be open as normal for the next 2 weeks and for the Ruskin Christmas Craft Fayre 23rd - 24th November 2024.  The Natroma shop will be closed between 25th November - 11th December, re-opening on the 12th December at 11am.

Website orders placed by 20th November will be shipped as normal.  After this, the website will still accept orders but with delayed shipping. 

Please be aware that orders may be delayed by up to 2 weeks, but I guarantee to reserve the stock for you once an order has been confirmed.  I'm expecting to be very busy this year, so the website will prevent you from ordering items as they sell out.

I'll begin processing website orders again during week commencing 9th December 2024 and there should still be time for orders to arrive before Christmas - but please order as early as you can!  If your order is urgent and must arrive before Christmas, please upgrade your postage since I am expecting a large order backlog.  I'll process delayed orders in the following order:  Courier, UK Priority (Royal Mail 1st Class), Standard (Royal Mail 2nd Class) and finally orders with free Standard shipping. 

This year the Royal Mail last posting date for UK 2nd Class mail is Wednesday 18th December.  So, I cannot guarantee that delayed orders with free Standard shipping will arrive before Christmas.  As ever, I'll do everything I can to dispatch every order as quickly as I can and before I close for a Christmas and New Year Break on Saturday 21st December.
