We do not award Natroma club points on sale items. These special skincare offers are usually available in very limited stocks and are only available at certain times of the year, so catch them while you can! We’re sometimes contacted with requests for natural skincare free samples. Unfortunately since we’re a small company, this would be too costly so we cannot respond to these requests. Larger cosmetics companies cover the cost of “freebies” within their product prices, so paying customers ultimately subsidise the cost of free samples. We think this is unfair and goes against our company ethos of producing great natural skincare, with top quality cruelty-free ingredients at affordable everyday prices. So instead, we try to offer regular special offers and sale items so that new customers can try out our soaps and natural facial creams at bargain prices.
