Natroma late Summer holiday

Natroma is taking a late Summer holiday at the end of September - we'll be closed between 21st September - 5th October 2023.

Changes to our shop hours:

This week (w/c 11th September) our shop is open as normal.

Next week (w/c 18th September) our shop will be open on Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th between 10.30am - 4pm, to allow for last minute purchases.

Our shop will then be closed until we re-open on Friday 6th October at 10.30am.

Delays with website orders:

We'll continue dispatching website orders until we close on Wednesday 20th September. 

Made to order items such as bathing products will be unavailable to order from 16th September (there isn't enough time for them to dry before we close), so they'll be available again when we return. 

Our aim is to dispatch all website orders received by midnight on Tuesday 19th September, before we close for our holiday.  If you need to stock up on any items, please place your order as soon as possible.

After this, you'll still be able to place orders but they will have delayed shipping.  We'll begin processing orders again from Friday 6th October onwards, in the date order they arrived.

While we're away, we thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience.

Christmas update:

We're working on our Christmas range and it will be added to the website early in October.  Please pop back soon for some Christmas gift inspiration!

Christmas items will be available in the Natroma shop from early in October.
