Natroma will be closed w/c 19th October 2020

You may have spotted on our Facebook page, that Paul has been waiting to have an eye operation (it was delayed due to the UK lockdown).  He has just heard that he has a provisional date for the operation next week, so we've been told that we both need to self-isolate for a few days before and after the operation.  This means that Natroma will be completely closed next week.  

We'll be posting our last website orders out on Friday evening, and our shop will close at 5pm on Saturday 17th October. 

During our self-isolation it won't be possible for us to visit the workshop but the website will still accept orders, so please be aware that these orders will have delivery delays. 

The plan is that while Paul recovers, I'll begin processing website orders again from Monday 26th October and will re-open the shop at 1.30pm on Wednesday 28th October. 

Website orders will be processed in the date order they arrived, and everything will be sent out on a standard (2nd class) Royal Mail service (we'll re-introduce 1st class and courier deliveries in November). 

Local deliveries will also be temporarily suspended, but there will still be the option to Click & Collect from our shop after Wednesday 28th October.  (If you choose the Click & Collect delivery, you’ll receive an e-mail once your items are ready).

Sadly our closure next week means that the launch of our Christmas range will be slightly delayed.  However I'll be posting updates on our Facebook page and the Christmas section will still go live on the website next week, so you can see a preview of this year's Christmas gift ideas.  

We're sorry if this temporary closure causes any inconvenience in the coming weeks, and hope you bear with us if there are delivery delays.  In the meantime we'll do everything we can to process every order we receive until we have to close, and hope that nobody runs out of their favourite products.
