Natroma will be working during England's November Lockdown

During the second English lockdown we must stress that Natroma will continue to operate, almost as normal. 

Our shop will have to close, so we'll be opening some extra hours this week to allow Stourbridge area customers to call in and stock up on their skincare items.  We are monitoring the Government advice to see if we will be permitted to keep our collection point open - in which case we'll continue with Click & Collect.

Monday 2nd November - 12.30pm - 4pm

Tuesday 3rd November - 10.30am - 4pm

Wednesday 4th November - 10.30am - 4pm

Thursday 5th November - Processing website orders as normal 

Friday 6th November - Local deliveries will resume

Local deliveries - these are £1 on orders up to £34.99 and free over £35!

We cover Stourbridge, Dudley and Halesowen, and will travel out as far as Kinver, Hagley, Romsley, Fairfield, Himley, Blackheath and parts of Quinton.  You need to set up a Natroma account before making your order and we'll add you to the local delivery group so you see the local delivery option at the checkout.  Once your order is ready we'll ring you so you'll know when to expect your delivery.

So please don't worry about having to panic-buy any of our items.  We will be manufacturing and packing orders right up until Christmas.  We have good stocks so expect to cope with Christmas orders.  

More Christmas items, decorations, hampers, jewellery etc will be added to the website in the coming days/week.

Customers can call us or e-mail us with Christmas orders that require collection or delivery closer to Christmas. 

We are happy to reserve specific art glass, jewellery, decorative items for collection or dispatch in December.

So please don't worry, we'll be working throughout this lock down to ensure you have some lovely skincare, fragrance items and Christmas gifts this year!
