Natroma is closed 3rd- 12th March 2025

I need to close Natroma during week commencing 3rd March 2025.

This will affect the shop and website in slightly different ways:  

Shop:

This week the shop is open as usual until Saturday.  I'll be open during the Ruskin Glass Centre's Wellness & Wellbeing Event on Saturday and will be running an Introduction to Aromatherapy workshop between 11am-12pm. The shop will be open throughout the day, closing at 4pm. 

The shop will re-open on Thursday 13th March at 11am (with holistic therapy appointments earlier in the week).

My apologies if there are further changes to the shop hours after next week, I'll try to keep them to a minimum but may need to be closed occasionally.  Please remember to visit the website's About Us page and the Natroma Facebook page where I post updates and changes to opening hours etc.  

Website orders: 

I have processed orders as usual this week and all outstanding orders have been shipped. 

From today, the website is accepting orders but with delayed shipping.  I'll begin dispatching orders again during week commencing 10th March in the date order received.  Priority shipping will be processed first and delayed Priority orders will be automatically upgraded to a Tracked 24 service to try to speed up deliveries.  Orders with Standard and free shipping will take longer (after the shop re-opens) so should be used for non-priority orders. Click & Collect will resume once the shop re-opens.  

I'll still be answering e-mails as usual, but messages left on the workshop answer machine will be handled after the shop re-opens on 13th March.

My apologies for these changes and thanks for your support and understanding.
