Natroma Closed March 2023

Natroma will be closed between Friday 17th - Wednesday 29th March 2023. 

Website Orders:

Website orders placed by midday on Wednesday 15th March will be processed as normal. 

Orders placed after this date will be delayed until after we return - this will be clearly mentioned at the website checkout and in order acknowledgement e-mails.

When we return, we will process orders in the date order received, according to the shipping method used:

      from Thursday 30th March onwards:  Courier and Priority 1st Class Royal Mail services

      from Friday 31st March onwards:  Standard 2nd Class Royal Mail 

      once paid for parcels have been cleared:  Free postage

Natroma Shop:

This week (week commencing 13th March) we'll be open Wednesday & Thursday 10.30am - 4pm.

Click & Collect will be suspended from 15th March until we return.

Our shop will re-open on Thursday 30th March at 10.30am.

While we are away, e-mails and telephone message will not be responded to.  We'll start replying to queries from Thursday 30th March onwards.
