Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020 Delivery Information

Our Ruskin Glass Centre shop is now closed for Christmas and New Year.  We will be taking a complete Christmas and New Year break and the shop will reopen on Saturday 11th  January 2020 at 10.30am.

Website orders received while we are closed, will  be delayed.  We will begin to process orders again (in the date order they arrived) from 4th January 2020 onwards.  This will mean delays in receiving orders, even if priority or courier postage has been selected.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Our deadlines for last orders before Christmas 2019 were:

2nd Class - our Standard Service (this covers orders with free postage included)*

The Royal Mail deadline is 18th December, so your order must be placed by:  midnight on Sunday 15th December 2019.  

1st Class - our Priority Service  & Courier Service  (extra charge)*

The Royal Mail postal deadline is 20th December.  So your order for 1st class post and courier deliveries must be placed by midnight on Tuesday 17th December 2019. 

Every order received by 21st December 2019 was processed and dispatched.  We have done everything we could to ensure parcels arrive by Christmas.

Last orders were dispatched on Saturday 21st December.  After this, we will begin processing orders again from 4th January 2020 onwards.
