Christmas is coming to the Natroma shop...

We're pleased to let everyone know that our shop will re-open again today!

Behind the scenes we have been very busy with website orders, but have also been re-organising the shop layout. The Covid-19 collection point has gone, to allow a wider walkway into the shop.  The screen has now been moved to the till point which is also being used for Click & Collect orders.  

We will be allowing 2 people into the shop at a time (more people if they are all from the same household).  You must wear a mask during your visit.  If you arrive and there are already 2 people inside, we will ask you to wait before entering the shop. 

While the Ruskin Glass Centre is closed, we are continuing to use our outside/side door.

We have a lovely selection of festive goodies, natural skincare hampers, Christmas decorations and stocking fillers and hope that lots of customers can pop in to see us before Christmas!

Our standard shop hours until 23rd December will be:

MONDAYS - by appointment

TUESDAYS - 1.30am - 4pm*

WEDNESDAYS - 1.30am - 4pm*

THURSDAYS - 10.30am - 4pm*

FRIDAYS - 10.30am - 4pm*

SATURDAYS - 10.30am - 4pm*

SUNDAYS - CLOSED

* we are opening earlier and later for shopping appointments.

Personal Shopping Appointments

In addition to this we will also be offering 30 minute private shopping appointments.  They'll be timed outside of our normal opening hours, with appointments most days at 10am, 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm, 5.30pm and 6pm.

These can be booked by ringing us, e-mailing us or filling in the Shopping Appointment form.
